Need an appetizer dish for the super bowl or upcoming sports event? I made this dip for our family’s Christmas. I don’t think it lasted more than 15 minutes when I took it out of the oven. Everyone loved it and begged for the recipe so here it is! It’s best served hot, but is still just as good coming right out of the refrigerator. Serve with crackers, pretzels, or bread.

  • 12 oz jar of quartered artichoke hearts
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz block of cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder


  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • In a large bowl, mix the sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, pepper, and garlic powder
  • Peel/cut the quartered artichoke hearts to break up into smaller pieces then stir in to the mixture
  • Transfer mixture into a glass pie dish
  • Bake at 350°F for 20 min. Server with crackers, pretzels, or bread
