  • 2 cups shredded chicken rotisserie chicken works great
  • 6 oz cream cheese softened
  • cup salsa your choice
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mexican cheese or cheddar
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • salt & pepper
  • 10 small flour tortillas
  • Sriracha optional


  • Preheat the oven to 400°F
  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, salsa, sour cream and mix until smooth
  • Stir in the cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, salt & pepper
  • Mix in the cilantro, shredded cheese, and chicken
  • Scoop and spread the mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly
  • Line a lightly greased baking sheet with the tortillas
  • Bake at 400°F for 17-19 min until the tortillas are beginning to turn golden brown
  • Drizzle with Sriracha, if desired
