Dinner is served! A zesty and creamy sauce over pork chops makes for a delicious dinner. Pairs great with a side of peas and potatoes.

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • ½ cup low sodium chicken broth
  • cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 ½ tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley for garnish


  • Season both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add pork chops and cook 3-4 min on each side until browned. Then place to the side and cover with foil
  • Add chicken broth, heavy whipping cream, dijon mustard, and lemon juice to the skillet
  • Stir the sauce until it begins to thicken
  • Spoon sauce over pork and garnish with parsley
