This Kielbasa dish hits the spot! It’s got your meat, vegetables & carbs all in a bowl so you don’t even need a side dish. Just pair it with a glass of wine. After all, you’ll have to open a bottle since the recipe calls for white wine.

  • 4 Kielbasa links cut ¼" thick
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 lb mini gold potatoes (approx. 3 cups) halved
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 green peppers wedge cut
  • 1 large onion wedge cut
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup white wine I used pinot
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • salt & pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook kielbasa until browned on each side
  • Transfer kielbasa to 9×13 baking dish
  • Pour ¼ olive oil to skillet and add mini potatoes (cut in half). Cook for approx 12 min until golden brown then transfer to the baking dish
  • In the skillet with the remaining oil, add the garlic powder, green pepper and onion. Cook until they begin to soften then transfer to baking dish
  • Pour the white wine and chicken broth into the baking dish
  • Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and salt & pepper over the dish
  • Bake at 400°F for 20 min
