No arguing that ramen noodles make the best “go-to meal” when we don’t feel like cooking. This ramen noodle stir fry recipe is a great alternative to the traditional ramen noodle packets. It is very filling and will leave you scooping for seconds!

  • 3 packages of instant ramen noodles discard flavor packets
  • cup beef stock
  • cup stir fry sauce
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground turkey or ground beef
  • 1 cup yellow onion
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced


  • Boil water and cook ramen noodles until tender. Drain and set aside
  • In a bowl, mix the beef stock, stir fry sauce, apple cider vinegar and Sriracha
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey or beef and onion and cook until meat has browned.
  • Stir in garlic and ginger
  • Pour in the beef stock mixture
  • Add the ramen noodles and mix together
  • Garnish with green onions
